Chapter 1 General Rules  

Article 1(Name) The title of our community which is heidiland. (Below heidiland) 

Article 2 (Objective) heidiland is intended to all members of yodel and who shares common interest and passion with music   

Article 3 (Character) heidiland is an online homepage base. 

Chapter 2 Purpose and Business 

Article 4(Purposes) heidiland has the following purposes. 
1. Creates friendly and joyful society within members of yodel.
2. Build-up mutual understanding and pursue one goal that leads into disseminating information and interchanging views online between nation with various races all the over world. 
3. Expand the yodel music by enlightening the mind of each member that yodel will leads in the new culture. 

Article 5 (Business) heidiland promotes and executes the following business for development and purpose achievement. 
1. Every year, 1 or more yodel cd will be produced.
2. Every year the gathering of the heidiland member will be held 1 time
3. The clause of the top outside besides a/the business is promoted.) 

Chapter 3 Members   

Article 6 The qualifications to be a member of heidiland are divided into 10 total grades are the following. 

1. teachmeyodel- Person who intends to join0 a time 
2. jodlaneto - Person below 18 years old which is a/the heidiland subscriber. 
3. jodlano - Person over 19 years old which is a/the heidiland subscriber. 
4.nadoya-Person who gets active participation with the member of heidiland  
ages 19-29 
5. senior- Person who gets active participation a time
6. superior- Person who gets active paticipation with the member of heidiland 
who age is over 40 
7. member- Full member in terms of the heidiland International Community 
8. president -The business affairs representative of the clubs who 
get active with heidiland. 
9. CEO-Persons who make the general operation of heidiland all together. 
10. TCEO- Person who reigns the operation of heidiland. 

Article 7 (Right) The members of heidiland have the following right.

1. teachmeyodel- They have the use authority of the restrictive notice board such as a/the heidiland introduction and also visitors' list, Webmail.
2. jodlaneto -  They have the use authority of an use possible notice board below 18 years old.
3. jodlano -  They have the use authority of an use possible notice board below 19years old
4. nadoya- They have the use authority of an use possible notice board below 19~29 years old
5. senior- They have the use authority of an use possible notice board below 29~39years old
6. superior- They have the use authority of an use possible notice board be over 40 years old
7. member- They have the notice board use authority in terms of a/the heidiland International Community.
8. president -The control and also member approval in terms of a/the heidiland International Community are generalized.
9. CEO-Discussing heidiland operation it reigns it.
10. TCEO- Heidiland ’s general operation and also member control are reigned.

Article 8 (Duty)
1. A/the heidiland member must defend all the resolution items that defend the regulations of a society of the gathering of a/the book and was resolved with general meeting.

Chapter 4 General meeting

Article 13 With general meeting all the resolution items are determined to the approval

Chapter 5 Executive

Article 14(The constitution of an executive) The executive of heidiland is classified into the following.
       1. An executive is composed with president (just 1 person per club) and CEO and also TCEO.

Article 15 The constitution and also election of president are self-governing situation of a club and heidiland does not get involved

Article 16 Qualification and tip duties of an/the executive
1.The president who gets active to his own club with heidiland will fix it at a self-governing target 
on the basis of each situation.
 2. TCEO appoints it in CEO who is an accountant who gets active for more than 1 year.

Article 17 (The term of the club’s president) fixes it at a/the nation/race/area/club different self-governing target.

Article 18 (The vacancy of president)
1. When president was done with his term I have the right to appoint any person form any club who has the right qualifications.
2. When new president is selected a new executive does the notification through a heidiland notice board within 3 days.

Article 19(The duties of an/the executive).  
1. TCEO reigns the heidiland online community.
2. CEO back up the heidiland online community.
3. president tunes up the understanding between the club on behalf of the understanding

4.member executes the general activity of heidiland as well as inspect the activity
within members
5. The accounts control the heidiland passbook and manages the financial report every month.
6. A/the jodlaneto over member offers the idea to new culture development of heidiland 
and make an effort for pair external development.

Article 20 It decides to a club different self-governing target that it is the distrust of president.
Article 21 TCEO must present the reason when it can not proclaim all of while

heidiland collects user submitted information such as name, email address, and age to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the heidiland service. heidiland also collects other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other.

heidiland also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes 
User Profile information including members' pictures and first names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the heidiland social networking community. Email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join heidiland and a user's email address is not shared or displayed to people within a user's personal network Users within a personal network communicate on heidiland with each other through the heidiland service, without disclosing their email addresses. Users' full names are never directly revealed to other members. To facilitate searching and finding friends and acquaintances on the service, heidiland allows users to search for other members using first and last name, email address where users may have attended or worked.

We may also use a user's email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the service. Users may choose not to receive email of this type by changing their "notification" setting to "Do not send me notification emails" in the user "Account Settings"

From time to time, heidiland or a partner, may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on heidiland. Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply. 
Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members
heidiland members can invite friends to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. heidiland stores the email addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to the friend's list of the member sending the invitations, and also to send reminders of the invitations heidiland does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations. Recipients of invitations from heidiland may contact heidiland to request the removal of their information from our database. 

heidiland members may also store email addresses of people they know in their internal heidiland address book and may also choose to send invitations and other communications to those addresses.

You may prevent heidiland email invitations and other messages from being sent to any email address you control by sending a single email with the subject "BLOCK" to yodel@heidiland.kr Please note that the email must come from the account you wish to block. 

Links 
heidiland contains links to sites. heidiland is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on heidiland. 

Chat Rooms, Journals and WebLogs, Message Boards, Classifieds and Public Forums 
Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information to Journals, WebLogs, Message Boards, Classifieds or any other Public Forums that that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.

Correcting/Updating or Removing Information 
heidiland users may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing features such as Edit Profile and Account Info. 

Email Choice/Opt-out 
Members who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications may choose not to by selecting 'Do not send me notification emails' in the user profile 'Account Settings'. Users who do not wish to receive MySpace.com newsletters may choose not to by selecting 'Do not send me heidiland newsletters' in the user profile 'Account Settings'. All notification emails and MySpace.com newsletters also include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.

heidiland member accounts are secured by member-created passwords heidiland takes precautions to insure that member account information is kept private. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of member account information. Sharing and Disclosure of Information heidiland Collects
